Our services (h): our Services pages describe each service. Your quote or proposal lists exactly what is included and what is not.
Prices (i): our prices are in South African rand. Each price says whether VAT (15%) is included. Your quote shows the full price, including VAT and any other costs, such as ad spend or tool fees, before you agree.
How you pay (j): by EFT to the bank account on our invoice, or by card through Paystack. We bill in advance. Invoices come from our accounting system, QuickBooks.
When we deliver (l): we start within 5 business days after your first payment, unless your quote gives a different date. Your quote shows the delivery dates.
Minimum term (q): some services have a minimum term, for example 12 months. Your quote and agreement show it before you sign.

Terms of agreement (k): our Terms of Service apply to every sale. You can read, save and print them at any time from the link at the bottom of every page.
Your record of the deal (m): we email you a copy of your signed quote or agreement, and every invoice. Ask us at any time and we send you another copy. We keep these records for 7 years.
Refunds and cancelling (n): see section 8 of our Terms of Service.
Your cooling-off rights (r): if you are an individual who bought online, you may cancel within 7 days without a reason or penalty (ECTA section 44). If you bought after we marketed to you directly, you may cancel within 5 business days (Consumer Protection Act section 16). Section 7 of our Terms of Service explains how.

Payment security (p): card payments are processed by Paystack on a system that meets the card industry’s security standard (PCI DSS). We never see or keep your full card number. We will never change our bank details by email alone. If you get such an email, call us before you pay.
